  its a black person wearing some sort of rebel flag jumpsuit... i totally see the fail.

  You could view it as a dumb kid wearing a symbol of hatred for his race, or you can see it for the simple fact that these symbols only have the power we give them. He may actually be a very brave kid who's decided to change the meaning of that flag by wearing it.
