  Here's the biggest fail of the picture...parenting. Where were they? Busy getting high? They don't even realize that there's paint all over that little baby's mouth where he's obviously ate some. So instead of rushing him to the hospital before he could possibly die, "Hey, lets take a picture." I'm loving the ruined TV and couch and floor. Horrible parenting.
