That's definitely not an American tank. It looks like a British Chieftain.

Just fire the damn cannon and the explosion will flip the tank back onto its feet. (Or not. It looks like the tank is tilted too far for that to work, in which case firing the cannon would kick the front out from under the back and the tank would end up upside down.)
